What’s the quality of some of this year’s crops? Charlie Pearson, crop market analyst with Alberta Agriculture, says that’s exactly what the Canadian Grain Commission and the Canadian International Grains Institute have been evaluating. Pearson says the objective is to provide the western Canadian grain industry information on the overall quality of the 2014 crop including grade distribution and average protein.
