Open Farm Day

August 15, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 2:00 pm

Free – $10

Always a great day with family in the field! Learn, experience and take home a little ag knowledge

The event is FREE as always, but we must include some restrictions this year that go beyond normal operations. We’re sure you understand.

Registrations closed at 10 pm Friday night!!! However, we will still allow people to enter or join a wagon ride if there is space. We will allow non-registered people to enter IF we can.

This year we have to limit people on site to 100 people at any given time. This includes volunteers and booth personnel. We must have a name and a way to contact every person that attends.

OFD wagon

Alas, less people per wagon this year, but we have 2 wagons!

Find out how to care for chickens. Learn about winter wheat and how it helps migratory birds! Learn about our Oldman Watershed!  Visit our Ask a Farmer booth! Farming Smarter gathers businesses, non-profits, value added industry and individual farmers to its wide open spaces and welcomes the public to come learn a little about local agriculture in a fun, safe outdoor space.

Wagon Ride participants must wear a face covering.
We will have bandanas for everyone.

(please note that says bandanas not bananas)

A learning adventure is waiting for you!
