Since beginning in Silicon Valley, Jeff Butler has seen a wide variety of workplace cultures.
As a keynote speaker, he aims to help people understand the difference between the generations in the workforce. He brings a young, new voice to an old problem - Building an Effective Multi-Generational Workplace.
Jeff Butler
"In the speaking world, it's unusual for a younger person to be a keynote speaker. Usually, it's an older person who comes out and talks about younger people. I look thing it's better to hear it from the horse's mouth," says Butler.
He uses case studies from the industry to provide facts on the problem that stretches from industry to industry.
When he began his career in the tech industry, Butler quickly began taking an interest in the workplace culture around him. His previous interests in human behaviour and psychology led him to understand what makes a workplace flow well.
He began his speaking career almost by accident ≥ filling in a last-minute spot at a tech conference. Being the youngest speaker there, he found that he stood out like a sore thumb amongst the speaker line-up. Following his first speaking endeavour, he was approached for his young demeanour and quickly realized that he found a niche he could fill.
Since then, Jeff Butler has spoken about how different cultures and employees interact with each other in the workplace in over 40 industries in 4 continents. He has founded multiple, successful companies ≥ including a new start-up tech company designed to fill a niche in the speaker industry that was lost with the outbreak of COVID-19.
Now, Butler is currently the CEO of JButler International, working as a keynote speaker & workplace consultant.
