We match farmers, new to the industry or looking to develop new skills, with experienced mentors to build genuine, lasting connections and grow their confidence - so that when markets turn or a new practice isn't going to plan, they know they can find a solution.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Simple, flexible, on your terms

We know your time is valuable, which is why we've designed this program to fit around your schedule.

	A suggested commitment of a few hours per month - calls, visits, or messages, however works best for you and your match.
	Matches are made based on location, expertise, and farming type, so the relationship feels natural from the start.
	Your set the pace. There's no rigid schedule, just a genuine connection you build over time.
	We'll check in with you throughout the program to make sure the match is working and to answer any of your questions.
