Our mission is to support the people involved in advancing irrigated and dryland crop production. We work closely with farmers, entrepreneurs, businesses, government, academia and more to bridge the innovation gap, drive economic growth, improve social impact and environmental sustainability. Innovation is hard work and focused on long-term results. We invite anyone interested in agriculture innovation to work with us and change the way people farm.

Farming Smarter offers full-time employment opportunities in agriculture, as well as seasonal employment each summer for high school and post-secondary students to assist with agricultural research projects, hands-on volunteer opportunities for community members of all backgrounds, and international internships designed to build real career experience.
