Sarah Bogart

Full Bio

As Special Projects Assistant, Sarah is responsible for formalizing and implementing our Research Quality Assurance Program. She uses her diverse background and ninja-level adaptability to skillfully support each program with their diverse range of projects. We call upon her for guidance on any research quality related issues, assistance with grant and technical writing, troubleshooting, translating science into art for the purposes of science communication, and finding order in chaos.

Sarah comes to us with extensive and broad experience in scientific research. One of her superpowers is to be able to see the big picture while also being able to pay attention to the small details. She has 4 years of recent experience working in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory, meaning she is well versed in quality assurance.

At Farming Smarter, Sarah loves the diversity of questions that can be answered with a small plot research. For years, she has been running her own small plot research in her garden.
